Glenn Harris, after more than 30 years of commercial real estate, applies his honed skills towards development, tenant improvements, leasing, and property acquisitions and sales.

Prior to becoming a principal of KerryHill, Glenn was President and CEO of Taffaard Development Services, which provided project development and real estate advisory services for numerous private and public sector clients. Having held a variety of senior management positions throughout his career with firms in Ottawa and Toronto, which include Canderel Limited, Minto Construction and Inducon Development Corporation, Glenn has built a skill and confidence level that can only be gained by time, effort, dedication and focus.

Glenn holds a B.A. Sc. from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. In addition, he is a past member and previous director of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Ottawa.

Glenn's primary role at KerryHill is the delivery of development and tenant improvement services.
