An absolute must for good customer relations and retention, service is our top priority. A healthy, comfortable, clean, pleasant and interesting work environment must be provided on a consistent basis. This is achieved by proactive management including:

• Regular documented cleaning and maintenance inspections of both customer and common areas by management and maintenance personnel.
• Use of Maintenance Management System software for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Regular customer interviews, periodic surveys and focus groups.
• Marketing and customer retention programs customized for each property.
