We were advertising to lease a full-floor vacancy at 265 Carling. We were approached by Valliant Realty Corp with an Offer from The Association of Faculty of Medicine of Canada to lease 6400 sqare feet. Valliant Realty Corp. and KerryHill provided a truly unique leasing and tenant fit-up package which suited both the Landlord and Tenant.

The lease was completed in July 2007 and The Association of Faculty of Medicine of Canada moved into their new offices in October 2007. This was the first time we worked with a group that provided a complete package of services for a tenant considering leasing space from us; it was a welcome change from standard industry practice.
